Boost Your Health & Wellbeing with Men & Minds
Welcome to Men & Minds, a supportive, inclusive space from EyUp Sports where all men are welcome, regardless of age, ability or body type. Whether you’re looking to get more active, lose a bit of weight, or simply connect with others, we bring people together through team sports, social events, and a shared focus on both physical and mental wellbeing.
We don’t dwell on the doom and gloom. You won’t find us banging on about diabetes or suicide rates, we know life can be tough, but you don’t need reminding of that every day. Instead, we focus on showing up for each other, making sure no one feels like they’re on their own, and supporting change for those people in need.
From chats about Asperger’s, Diabetes, Food Binging, Suicide, etc. we talk openly, but always with care and without judgement. We believe that looking after your physical health naturally boosts your mental health, whatever challenges you may (or may not) be facing.
It’s your chance to carve out some proper 'Me Time', enjoy the buzz of the team sport on the pitch and the chats that happen off the pitch too.
“I joined EyUp Leeds in Jan '24 and exactly 12 months later, I have lost 36.5Kg and feel so much better. I just want to send my appreciation to EyUp for expanding this to my neck of the woods and looking forward to year two!”

Shedding weight works better with team sport, you move more and make fitness more fun longer-term.
Is the gym a boring routine? Lose weight through football
Whether you’re sprinting, passing, or just having a laugh, you will get fitter without it feeling like a workout.
We help individuals set goals and earn rewards for hitting weight-loss targets, but not everyone is overweight, some are underweight.
These form off-the-pitch goals which are combined with on-the-pitch results to create combined tables.
Don't stress it either, there are men of all levels of ability and skills from partially sighted to fat ex semi-pro footballers, but its a mix that works.
Men & Minds
Life’s busy, stress is real. That’s why EyUp is about your weekly 'Me Time', a break from daily pressures.

Men Supporting Men
EyUp isn’t all about sport, it’s about like-minded people supporting each other every day.
The best way to feel good is to feel part of a like-minded community
Men find it hard to explain or open-up, so sometimes, just running around on a footy pitch helps you get some 'Me Time' and free some brain space from stress and issues.
Make Friends 4 Life
People create friendships that go beyond the pitch at EyUp, but you open up if and when you want, no pressure or judgement.
Feel part of a community that looks out for each other, no matter if you have a wellbeing, mindful or weight issue, we all hear to support and motivate you.
“I helped setup EyUp to be better, cheaper and more community focused that similar clubs. EyUp has grown into a much wider community than I could imagine. The impact EyUp has on peoples daily lives is amazing”
Spencer W - 'EyUp its the Committee'
Walk & Talk
