EyUp Sports is a diverse and inclusive community that welcomes individuals of all ages, abilities, and body types to participate in both friendly and competitive team sports to promote physical and mental wellbeing.

EyUp Football
EyUp Wellbeing Leagues are a fantastic initiative that addresses the specific needs of plus-sized players who love football, offering a unique combination of 60 minutes of on-pitch time and off-pitch weigh loss goals. By providing weight and wellbeing tools, aligning with individuals, teams, and communities, and promoting physical activity, health, and community engagement, we offer a holistic approach to support wellbeing. We are expanding across Yorkshire and focus on the impact on males wellbeing mostly by integrating with the growth of www.yorkshireXL11s.com.
EyUp Ladies
EyUp Wellbeing Ladies is a great way to meet like-minded people, stay motivated and engage in fun activities while working towards your own health and weight loss goals. By joining an EyUp community you will will feel more fulfilled as you participate, encourage and support others and no longer feel like you are doing it alone. This holistic approach with help you reach your physical goals better and nurture your mental well-being, making it a more fun, sustainable and a fulfilling journey overall.
EyUp Kids
EyUp's partners with third-party clubs to support kids' sports teams is a wonderful initiative to help physical activity and teams by recognising the impact of the cost of living crisis on families. EyUp provide access to sports facilities and admin support to help alleviate the financial burden and enable more kids to participate in sports and develop healthy habits from a young age. Our ethos is to focus on promoting physical activity, health, and wellbeing for kids as it's never too early to instill these values in children and set them up for a lifetime of health and happiness.

EyUp Friendlies
EyUp Friendlies are open to all players aged 18 and older who are interested in participating in casual football matches and enjoying a friendly atmosphere on the pitch. These matches are welcoming to individuals of various ages, abilities, and sizes. It is a great opportunity for people to come together, play football, and have some fun without the pressure of competitive play.
EyUp Wellbeing
EyUp Wellbeing Leagues are aimed at plus-sized (XL+) players and offer more than 60 minutes of pitch time. Additionally, these leagues provide weight and wellbeing tools and are associated with a community of players both locally and throughout the entire Yorkshire region. We are focused on promoting physical activity, health, and community engagement for individuals.
EyUp XL 11s
EyUp Sports offers an opportunity for players to participate in a team in the Sunday Yorkshire XL11s League. In this league, the majority of players are members of weight and wellbeing clubs across the county. This league provides a more structured and competitive football experience for those who are part of these clubs and are seeking regular matches and competition in 11' a-side matches.
Flexi League
We have a number of football players at EyUp who come from sat/sun leagues but can no longer commit or older yet still want the passion of intensive 11's. We play in the West Riding FA Flexi League on Thursdays at the FA's ground against some of the best amateur teams in Yorkshire. This is limited due to the games only being 50 minutes with a focus is on enjoyment and winning (one day :-)
